Garmin watches are awesome and I love my Epix Pro and the Fenix 7x Pro. I love the morning report I get each day to tell me how well I slept, how fatigued I might be, what the weather will be like today and what workout Garmin is suggesting I do today. Sometimes though, things don’t work out as you might expect. Do you follow Garmin’s daily Workout suggestions?
